Leading a healthier life can feel impossible, daunting and overwhelming.
There are so many pitfalls, so much information to sift through and so many situations out there that seem like the entire world is against you. Work travel, vacations, happy hour, screaming toddlers and carpool lines. It’s no wonder we often choose to just keep doing what we are doing.
